Hotel Plaza Grande is definitely a gem in the hear of colonial Quito.

The location is unbeatable! only by its friendly staff. We were greated with tree tomato juice and with a warm wet towel. Check in was in a breeze.

The concierge was always helpful giving us advice and making sure we knew where to go and how to get there safely.

The views from the rooms are superb! we had a frontview suite, right in front of use we had the Cathedral, to our right the Presidential palace and below us the heart of Quito, the main plaza full of life and always alive.

Rooms are decorated in classical style, beds are very comfortable with fine linen and the small details just won us over. Rose petals in the jacuzzi!

For us the best Quito hotel option, specially if you want to stay downtown.
